Since our inception in 2013, our team has steadily grown to encompass a diverse range of consultants specializing in various key areas such as technical dairy consultancy, compliance, environmental sustainability, and business strategy.
This collective expertise enables us to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client we serve. With our expanded team, we have extended our services beyond local boundaries, now catering to clients across Scotland and England, while also providing invaluable market insights to a wide spectrum of industry clients.
Meet The Team
Maggie joined Owen Farm Services in 2022. She comes from a project management background with experience from the Oil and Gas industry and is a graduate of Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University.
Initially starting as our Operations Manager, Maggie has been our Managing Director since September 2025 and is committed to continuing to lead the team in delivering the clear practical advice that Owen Farm Services has become well known for.
Maggie stays up to date with current agricultural policy and keeps a close eye on new developments, ensuring our work remains relevant and forward-thinking. She also carries out IACS and Biodiversity Audits, with a strong focus on using available data to create bespoke farm maps that make complex information clear and accessible.
She is a keen curler and is a two time Silver Medalist at the Scottish Women's Curling Championships.

Eilidh joined Owen Farm Services in 2019. Having grown up on the family dairy farm, Eilidh studied Agriculture at SRUC.
Eilidh is an Agricultural Consultant and specialises in livestock compliance, ROMS mobility scoring, slurry and manure management plans, nutrient management and NVZ records, budget and business plans, grant applications, specialist advice funding and carbon audits.
Outside of work Eilidh enjoys horse riding.

Natasha serves as our Agricultural Administrator, providing essential support in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows.
Natasha's passion for agriculture extends to her administrative role, where she actively contributes to project coordination, data management, and client communications. Her dedication to accuracy and reliability helps uphold our standards of excellence.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys exploring new agricultural technologies, attending industry events, and volunteering in community initiatives that promote agricultural education and awareness.

Tracey joined Owen Farm Services in March 2025, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in agricultural policy and the dairy sector. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Dairy Policy Manager at NFU Scotland and managed the Scottish Dairy Hub. In this role, she played a key part in the final stages of the Fair Dealing Obligations (Milk) Regulations, which came into force for new milk contracts in July 2024 and will apply to all existing contracts by July 2025. Her deep understanding of milk contract regulations is a valuable asset to both clients and colleagues.
Tracey's passion for the dairy industry runs beyond her professional life. Alongside her husband and two children, she farms just outside Dalbeattie, Dumfries & Galloway, milking 240 pedigree Holstein cows under the Colvend prefix. This hands-on experience gives her unique insight into the real-world challenges faced by dairy farmers.
Part of her role at Owen Farm Serivces is facilitating the partnership with the Digital Dairy Chain on delivering innovation with the Dairy Sector.
In addition to her role at Owen Farm Services, Tracey serves as the Independent Scottish Board Member at CIS and represents the Muller Yew Tree suppliers on the Muller Milk Group.
A strong advocate for the health benefits of milk, Tracey actively promotes its role in nutrition and sport. Practicing what she preaches, she has spent the last two years competing in Strong Woman Competitions to raise awareness of the importance of milk in athletic performance.

Patricia joined Owen Farm Services in July 2023 having previously studied Agriculture at both SRUC Barony and Edinburgh.
Patricia is an agricultural consultant and works closely with our senior consultants to gain valuable insights into agricultural management and crop optimization. Patricia can assist with IACS applications, livestock records, carbon audits and other specialist advice funding.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys working with and showing her flock of Pedigree Suffolk Sheep.

Calum joined Owen Farm Services in May 2025. Having grown up on the family beef and sheep farm, Calum studied Agriculture at SRUC Barony.
Calum is a trainee consultant and works closely with other consultants to gain valuable insights into agricultural management and crop optimization. Calum can assist with IACS applications, soil sampling, carbon audits, grant applications and other specialist advise funding.
Outside of work, Calum enjoys working on the family farm and is part of the local young farmers club.

Morven joined Owen Farm services in July 2025 having previously studied Rural Business Management at SRUC Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Professional Practice at SRUC Aberdeen.
Morven is a Support Consultant and works closely with Eilidh our Agricultural Consultant and Natasha our Agricultural Administrator to gain insights in agricultural management as well as managing farm administrative tasks. Morven can assist with IACS applications, livestock records, biodiversity plans and carbon audits.
Outside of work Morven sits on her local Young Farmer committee where she helps organise and plan events.
